Your rights under the distance selling regulations:

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period in which you can withdraw from our contract for any reason. This cooling-off period ends seven working days from the day after the booking was agreed by telephone, or by e-mail or by letter. The cooling off period does not apply if the booking we agreed is within the seven working days of our contract. If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify me within the seven day period by e-mail, (not by telephone or text message. This cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.

Arrival:

 

I will arrive at your venue a minimum of 15 minutes before the agreed start time

 

I require a separate “dressing room” to prepare my self for the performance, and a safe secure place to leave my belongings which is to be

1. Staffed at all times

2. Locked

When doing show of 2 (two) plus hours I will require access to my equipment to change my props.

 

If I am late for whatever reason, I will still do the full performance as agreed providing there is time available, this will cause no adjustment to the fee.

 

If I am unable to perform at your event, I will send someone of equally high standard to fill my position.

In this event, all cash payments will be made to the arranged performer, if cheque or bank transfer have been made to me then I will pay the arranged performer

 

Leaving:

 

When it is due time for me to leave at the arranged time, I will do my best to look for you (the client/booker) and personally say goodbye

 

Payment:

Payments are to be made within 5 business days of confirmation of booking.

 

Corporate organisations: payment is to be made no later then 30 days after the event

 

Cancellation:

You probably have a very good reason for cancelling however, your event space and time has been reserved for you and so the following will be requested.

 

The full amount will be charged if 7 days or less notice is given for a cancelation.

 

50% of the agreed fee will be charged if the event is cancelled with 8+ days notice.
